VC News: Virtual Console Friday
A few new titles added this week for you to splash your cash on.

It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of sifting through one of Nintendo's adjective-packed Virtual Console press releases to bring you the relevant information, which would be this:

Alex Kidd in Miracle World
500 points

Platform silliness from Sega's awesome Master System. When I bought my Master System II many years ago, you had the choice of choosing Alex Kidd or Sonic to be built in. I chose Sonic. I chose wisely, as that weird knight bloke says at the end of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

500 points

Larking around in submarines from the Commodore 64, which does sound like fun. Let us know if you snap this one up.

Last Ninja 2
500 points

More C64 action, with some incomprehensibly-named ninjas travelling through time. As they do.

Fatal Fury 2
900 pints

Beat 'em up from the NeoGeo. Apparently features 'colourful' graphics ( read: outdated ), and an 'engaging' soundtrack ( read: invokes murderous rage when you've heard it on a loop for the 57th time ). One for old-school fightin' fans.

Ninja Combat
900 pints

Clearly a bit of a Ninja / Fighting theme going on this week, with this NeoGeo ninja button basher. Kill lots of ninjas, basically. There's a co-op mode too.

Well, that's this friday's update out of the way. As you can tell, Wii UK is somewhat 'back' - it's been a while.

The forums are still kicking so head over and make yourself heard. Or just lurk.

Stay tuned for more updates.
